It was Kids Rides day at Thunder Road and the weather was great. Many kids got several rides in different cars and some went around for MANY laps. I think everyone enjoyed it, even the drivers.
	A mega Double Oh Joe Steffen fan? No. Honey I Shrunk The Racecar? No. It is the newly named Junkyard Warrior division! Yes, that is a GEO Metro... 3 cyl of screaming power!!

	Tigers fired up and rolled out for traditional heats, consi, semi, B feature and A feature action... I am sure many will be happy with this change back.

	Doug Murphy moving up the field... his day ended in the Feature with a trip to the hospital after getting cut out of his car...... gotta hate when that happens. Good news is Doug is fine and says he will be back this week to give it hell again!

	Doug Murphy takes the checkers during qualifying action. This is after winning the Feature the last time at the track..... guess his good luck didn't hold out.

	How not to start your heat race. The field has no place to go when the two guys in front are completely sideways on taking the green.
	Well they do have ONE place to go... right into the side of the spinning cars. OUCH.
	Jen Bigelow (33) gets underneath and around David Allen (11) and sets her sites on moving up.
	Keith Fortier passes Wanda Burnham on the inside then slides up in front of her to take the spot. Hey Keith.... I forgot to bring your picture to TR again, I will try this week to remember... DOH!

	WOW... that 30 car is Lloyd Blakely.... yeah he has a new car with shiney paint and everything.
	Aaron Maynard (46) got his car all fixed up after his wreck in the last race at TR and works the outside groove
	Wiener Hennequin (47) screaming up the inside. He was fast all day... heck he has been fast all year and is the point leader. My Guess is he has his work cut out for him cuz I think the handicap starts this week and he will be faced with starting in the rear a few times.
	So much for Lloyd's new paint.... he seems to have forgot to blow the doors off the other cars and instead got his own door blown off.

	Jerry Lesage leads them down in the Heat Race. Jerry won the race and is starting to establish himself as one of the top cars each week at Thunder Road.
	Jamie Fisher (18) and Pete Fecteau (75) fight it out in their heat race.
	No one runs the outside like Fisher.... can you believe he can get that close and NOT hit the wall... and do it lap after lap after lap. Pretty awesome to watch from my view.
	Mike "ChickenMan" Perdue (43) sporting a new paint scheme leads Sam Caron (07) as these two up and comers work to get into the feature event.
